The full name would be "rice balls on the phone" because if broken in two by the warm mozzarella contained inside creates a thread between the two sides, reminiscent of the phone! Where to taste it? For us one of the most good is Torment in Via dei Banchi Vecchi 143.

# 5 currant: the day in Rome starts undoubtedly with this delicacy! For once you allow yourself the luxury of calories, agrees that the sample from Maritozzaro in Via Ettore Rolli 50.
